Proxmox cluster in 3 zones

I've many proxmox servers in 3 zones that are very far away from each other, so using just one server as cluster master is not a good idea,
Does any one has any idea or experianced way to sync just 3 servers ( one in each zone) and use that server as cluster master?

Any information will be much apperciated.
