Proxmox Ceph HCI + Shared Storage via iscsi or NFS

Is it possible if I implement Proxmox Ceph (HCI) and I can access the storage from outside using iSCSI or NFS, so Storage is not only for storing VMs, and my vm or other servers can access the storage, it's mapping via iscsi or nfs
