proxmox backup

We have a problem with backup
the problem in reproducible
windows 2012R2 vm after proxmox gui backup .
When we reboot the vm, the VM console in no more accessible (ctrl+alt+canc not work)
The problem occur at second or third backup (after the first time backup all works regulary)

does the windows event logs say something?
what about the backup log?
