I would like to know, if there is a way to change the caching time of the proxmox api (witch is currently set to ~10sec)

What do you mean exactly? The pvestad statistic gathering update interval?

That's fixed, why do you need to change it?`Also note that you posted in the German sub forum, I'll move you over to the international one

I'm creating my own panel, and i wanted to have new informations about the cpu, ram etc every 1 second, but the api provide me exactly the same informations during 10 seconds before it get updated.

Such actions require to query the storage and other resources, which can produce high load on the servers. This is why we don't run it more often.
