Hi, i am new to Proxmox, i install last proxmox version on a HP DL360 Gen8 Server, but any of the NIC interface is working, is just not linking, i read that it can be a driver problem, can someone tellme if i need to upgrade them ? or there is any other workaround for this ?

hmm - not sure this is a driver problem...

* It seems like you configured your vmbr0 to have eno1 as port - and this got configured - however eno1 has no link (either the cable is in the wrong ethernet port, or the other side (switch) is not configured properly) - this is what 'NO-CARRIER' means in the ip link output (if there was a link you would see 'LOWER_UP'
* try the other NICs in the server and see if it works with them
*AFAIK HP DL uses broadcom NICs for onboard ports and not intel - but I think that is not the issue here

You right, it was a combination of boths, the port was incorrect, and the wired was not working it seems, thanks !
