Proxmox 8.2: Allow configuring the VNC clipboard in the GUI? How to Enable?

In the release notes for Proxmox 8.2, I noticed this:

Allow configuring the VNC clipboard in the GUI.

...Where is this? I'll admit I can't find it, and I'd really like to be able to copy and paste into the NoVNC window in the web GUI.
(Or is that not what this enables?)

Hidden like an easter egg: <vm> - Hardware - Display - Advanced [x] - Clipboard [Default | VNC]

Not sure why this is hidden in Display --> Advanced. Some people don't even have that displayed in the GUI.

Seems like it's a desirable enough feature for regular users to be in Options.
