Proxmox 8.1 installation issues

Hi all,
I'm new to Proxmox and I intensively try to install Proxmox on a brand new Lenovo ST50 v2 server with Xeon E-2324G processor.
Alt he time when I run the installer I end up with a black screen (as many others do as well). At the beginning I considered this to be an issue related to the "nomodeset" and I tried this: https://dev-pages.info/troubleshooting-proxmox-installation-issues-fixing-black-screen-problem/
But after a while I realised that when I disconnect the network cable from the server while being in the black screen, then the installation process goes ahead and I can successfully install Proxmox.
I even managed to boot Proxmox for a single time after the first installation. But after the first reboot the machine never booted sucessfully again.
I always get stocked after:
Code:
Loading Linux 6.5.11-4-pve ...
Loading initial ramdisk ...
It also does not really matter if with network cable attached or not.
Does anyone have an idea what I could do to boot again into a running instance of Proxmox?
I also tried to change the settings for the onboard ethernet controler in the BIOS but this did not change anything and the server still does not boot sucessfully.
When I deactivate the onboard ethernet controller before trying to install Proxmox, I stuck in the black screen for ever, no matter if I disconnect the ethernet cable. So it somehow seems that disconnecting the ethernet cable while the controller is active gives a "reset" to something and the installation proceeds.
But this "reset" does not work for normal boot.
