Proxmox 7 nodes cluster + dedicated Ceph storage node

Hi, I have 3 PowerEdge R730 XL, 4 PowerEdge R740 XL and a PowerEdge R740XD (block storage) that I would like to use to setup a Proxmox cluster.
I am investigating the possibility of setting up the 7 server within the same cluster (even though the hardware specs differ between models) and use the storage node as single Ceph storage node.
I know that having one single storage node is not ideal, but this is not really meant for a mission critical environment, so having redundancy between OSDs with the same storage node should be sufficient.
Fact is that I can't find any reference to this kind of setup, all I find is Proxmox + Ceph integrations within the same hardware nodes and not towards an external Ceph node.
I would assume it is feasible, but I would appreciate a lot some guidance on how to achieve this from someone that has more hands-on experience on this kind of architecture.
Thank you very much!

Why would you like to do that?

That's in no way supported, as Ceph is designed to be distributed among at least 3 hosts. If you want to use just one host for storage, use it as NFS/Samba server or maybe even iSCSI.
