Proxmox 4 Rebooted self?

Seems my Proxmox 4 machine rebooted itself sometime around 05:45 - 06:00 GMT, the thing is I can't see any obvious reason why it would have done so, there's nothing noteworthy in syslog/messages, the BMC didn't log anything either.

Any ideas?

Is there any other logs I should be checking for crash dumps.etc?
 
Maybe a hardware problem ? Overheating ?
 
I don't think it's overheating as there's nothing in the BMC/IPMI logs for any of the onboard temperature sensors to suggest a thermal event.
Hi, new to the forum today :) Actually we encountered a problem 4 times within two weeks now. After re-configuring our cluster, and updating it to 3.4-11/6502936f, has happened 4 times that one machine was shut down by the other via SNMP (so tells us our hardware manufacturer support) . Happened at random times, no idea what could be the reason yet. lets stay updated thanks Andre, uibmz

I had a similar problem with an Intel chassis last year rebooting Proxmox, after much trial and error it turned out that the power supply was getting a bit tired. Replaced it and all good.

Our logs say the reason for shutdown is an ACPI Event triggered from another Proxmox Server. Seems to be the right track still.
