Hi,
we're testing Proxmox 4.1 with zfs root on Dell servers. When attaching/detaching SD card in Dell's IDRAC (managment card) grub sometimes doesn't even show the boot menu and exits with error:
unaligned pointer [address]
The [address] is changing.
I have two questions:
1) Do you have any clue about the cause of this error? I've found some mentions on the web about grub bugs trying to umount zfs twice etc. Is there any way how to debug this further?
2) How to recover from this situation? Is there any live distribution with recent zfs and compatible grub? Or is it possible to use proxmox installer and get to command line? How?
