Proxmox 4.0-48 apply network changes without restart

Hello!
I have Proxmox 4.0-48, I have created Linux Bridge and changed autostart to all interfaces, can I apply these changes without restart? Production environment don;t like restarts

you can simply start the interfaces manually using ifup.

Yes, that's true, but how can I activate bridge? Bridge status for now is: "Active - no" and pending changes:

+auto vmbr1
+iface vmbr1 inet manual
+ bridge_ports eth2
+ bridge_stp off
+ bridge_fd 0
