Proxmox 3.0 crash

Hello,
Had some problem here.Proxmox always crash with this message:

INFO: task scsi_eh_0:370 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
"echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" disable this message.
INFO: task kjournald:410 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
"echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" disable this message.
INFO: task flush-253:0:445 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
"echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" disable this message.

Running Proxmox 3.0 up to date, on HP Proliant DL380 G7 with hardware RAID 5 (3x450GB) + 512MB Battery Backed-up cache card.

Any help?
