Proxmox 3.0 crash

Hello,
Had some problem here.Proxmox always crash with this message:

Running Proxmox 3.0 up to date, on HP Proliant DL380 G7 with hardware RAID 5 (3x450GB) + 512MB Battery Backed-up cache card.

Any help?
