PROXMOX 1.7 from ISO - no KVM feature

After proxmox 1.7 iso installation I can not create a KVM virtual machine - openvz only. There was ubuntu10.04LTS + KVM installed installed on this server (2xXeon 5140 on supermicro) and all worked fine.
What`s wrong?

Give us the result of the command "cat /proc/cpuinfo".

I'm quite sure you didn't activate Virtualization instruction (Intel VT-x) in your BIOS.
 
Yes, as You said, I turned on VT option in bios
