Hello,

I've created a VM with SCSI drive and noticed it wouldn't start (after clicking START button, the status was automatically changing back to "stopped").
After upgrading the kernel to 2.6.24, VM was able to start. I installed Centos 5.4 on it and then changed the kernel of the host machine back to 2.6.18. After the reboot, VM coudln't start again.

Are SCSI drives supported in the default 2.6.18 kernel?

I also wonder whether using SCSI drives in VM would make any difference performance- or stability- wise?

Thank you.
