Hi
I'm very happy with the new CRS feature, even in early stage its a fantastic news! With this new actor in mind, I have one question about the proper settings/actions in my setup. Got 4xhost cluster with HA group involving all guests (no failback check, no restricted check). HA with shutdown_polity = migrate, and set CRS to static load. My questions are:
1) Eventualy need to perform host software upgrade (maintenance mode). How to force migration of guests without turning back to original host? I thought to deactivate host from HA group, do maintenance and finally reactivate host in group. Would CRS move guests with static load mode back at max hardware limits?
2) Is it safe to shutdown a host without killing guests or shutdown will be aborted due to lack of resources in the cluster?
3) Host shutdown can be safe to ensure no guest were killed?
Thanks in advance!
Julian
