Promox - Adaptec 2820SA

Hi,

We plan to install backup server with Adaptec 2820SA.
It's said thats hardware raid controller: http://linuxmafia.com/faq/Hardware/sata.html

My question is simple: Does Proxmox 3.1 or better has compiled driver in kernel ?

Hi,

I have had an 2420SA running in my Proxmox for years - Works great! You can also install the storage manager server on the server, so you can monitor the raid remotely.
