Good evening,
I'm starting with Proxmox.
For the moment I'm testing on an old laptop, i5, 32GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD.
I transferred my Home Assistant from my raspberry to a Promox VM, everything works fine.
Same with adguard home which also runs under Promox.

I would like to know on the same physical PC how to separate my "prod VMs" from the "test VMs"?

You can use the concept of "pools" to sort them into groups: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#pveum_resource_pools
