Problems installing proxmox

Hi,
I can't install proxmox 8.2 on the "dell precision 5820 tower". I am shown a black screen right after the installation starts.

Disable X2APIC in BIOS. There are a few reports about this on Dell machines. but don't know what causes them.

Thank you for your response.
I had already found this problem searching the web.
However, in this model this option is not present (to be sure, I also contacted DELL support and they told me that it is not possible to disable X2APIC since it is not present).

Did you try the text installer?
At which point exactly it goes blank?

Yes I have tried both installation modes.

After I click "Install Proxmox VE (Graphical / Terminal)" it takes me to a next screen, "Welcome to the proxmox 8.2 installer .........." and after this screen it goes blank
