Meu proxmox não faz ping para 8.8.8.8 e nem para o meu gateway mas as configurações do DNS estão conforme.

how did you test, that the network connection to the gateway is working at all? Does ping to other hosts in the network work instead?
What ip address is the gateway using?

ip a s and cat /etc/network/interfaces on the server, what's the output?
The command is different from what second screenshot shows, it is
cat /etc/network/interfaces, not "networking". Please try again.
Configuration looks reasonable.
Does the router really use the ip
