Problema migrazione

ciao a tutti, ho un problema su un cluster a 3 nodi con licenza Enterprise ufficiale abilitato, quando creo una VM con Ubuntu 22.04 su uno dei 3 nodi va tutto bene, ma quando provo a migrarla su un'latro nodo mi dal seguente errore

ERRORE : il tunnel ha risposto "ERR: curriculum non riuscito - comando qmp VM 124 "query-status" non riuscito - connessione client chiusa" al comando "resume 124"
VM quit/powerdown fallito - terminando ora con SIGTERM
2024-12-15 15:31:10 ERROR: migrazione terminata con problemi (durata 00:00:21)
TASK ERROR: problemi di migrazione

la VM viene migrata ma si spegne e la devo riavviare manualmente

quando la riavvio pero' trovo la scheda di rete settata a 1G , invece di 10G come mai mi cambia l'auto negoziazione anche ?

i 3 nodi hanno tutti e 3 la stessa scheda di rete uguale. qualcuno mi può aiutare grazie

ho letto questo sul forum https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/migration-issues.144911/ , che ha risolto mettendo il tipo di CPU in kvm64 oppure in x86-64-v2-AES , io lo settavo io host, effettivamente il problema sparisce, ma ne sorge un'altro, cioe' la VM scende molto di prestazioni , quale tipo di cpu bisogna settare per avere prestazioni migliori e non avere problemi nella migrazione live ?

@toto-ets please share the output of pveversion -v from both source and target of the migration as well as the VM configuration qm config 124. There should be a more detailed error in the system logs/journal from around the issue happened on the target node, please share that as well.
