Dear all,
Today I found a problem whille trying to boot our proxmox server.
This is the first time I see such a error and I perhaps it is related with hard drive.
I need your confirmation and your help on trying to solve it.

Please refer to the attached image and really hope you can help me.
I need a way to boot the system to try to fix it or at least backup one of the vm's.

Thank you all in advance

Paulo

Tries adding
rootdelay=10 to the grub startup prompt to help the kernel recover the read error

but it loolks very much that your SATA cable is loosely connected
or your hard drive is dying
