Problem with Active Directory Service

I'm trying to log in, after connecting with an Active Directory, but it doesn't want to.
What am I doing wrong?

authentication failure; rhost=::ffff:192.168.40.27 user=******@******** msg=80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090526, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v65f4

I configured it just with LDAP, not with LDAPS and it runs with version 8.3.3
Tried to find others with the same problem, but found nothing.
