Problem when i try send email to specific domain

Hi every body.
I have a problem when i try send email to specific domain, in the log i see this

to=<henrique.bernardes@ciber.com.br>, relay=mx01.wirt

Is that all the log? If so, what is problematic about it?

the problem is that I can't send anything to that email but if I stop using proxmox mail gateway I can send emails.
