Hello, I have a home server that only booted into BIOS after updating from PVE 8 to 9. The rescue boot via USB installation stick could not be started either.
Therefore, I completely reinstalled PVE. I always had PBS running in PVE. So I have now reinstalled PBS in the new PVE. Approximately 5 VMs or LXCs were backed up with PBS on an external hard drive.
Now I would like to restore the VMs or LXCs, but I'm not sure how to proceed. I thought I could mount the external hard drive as a datastore. However, I can't mount it. When I try to mount the external hard drive (ext4 partition), I get the following error message:
However, I can mount the disk in PVE. What could be the problem and is my approach correct?
