Problem proxmox URGENT

Last night after the reboot of my Proxmox server refuses any connection

Putty : Acces denied
Filezilla : Fatal error

Help me

Google chrome : ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Could be that you have modified some networking parameter that has been activated, as usual, after reboot so you are cut off now? Can you go to the physical terminal and check networking?
