Problem: no audio on Realtek ALC S1200A

I installed Proxmox on an ASUS TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS motherboard, and I tried to do PCI passthrough of the graphics card as well as pass through the USB for the keyboard and mouse. Everything is working fine, the only issue I encountered is with the audio. When I ran the command lspci -v, it detected all the devices except for the Realtek ALC S1200A integrated audio card mounted on this motherboard. The only thing I have understood so far is that Proxmox is not detecting it, so I assume it's a driver issue. Is there any way to make it work? I tried looking for solutions online but couldn't find any. Thank you to anyone who responds to this post.

What is the actual output of lspci -nnk? Even if it is a driver issue or non-supported (yet) by Linux, then the PCI(e) device should still show up (unless it is disabled in the motherboard BIOS settings).

This is your onboard audio device, which is actually provided by the IO part of the CPU. PCI(e) passthrough will probably work fine and you'll hear sound from your Realtek ALC S1200A 3.5mm audio connectors.
 
I actually believe this refers to the HDMI audio of the video card, and I can confirm that it is functioning.

I just checked again and you were right, thank you for helping me. I am not an expert in Linux, so I find it strange that it says AMD in that wording. It probably takes the name of the motherboard controller. Anyway, thank you, I learned something new.
