Hi everybody,

I have two DVD installed in a PROXMOX, one intenal SATA DVD and the other vía USB.

I want install Windows 10 in a VM using the physical DVD.

Both DVD's are recognized by the PROXMOX system:

-------------------------------------------------------------
# dmesg | grep dvd
[ 2.386728] sr 3:0:0:0: [sr0] scsi3-mmc drive: 48x/48x writer dvd-ram cd/rw xa/form2 cdda tray
[ 3.531517] sr 4:0:0:0: [sr1] scsi3-mmc drive: 24x/24x writer dvd-ram cd/rw xa/form2 cdda tray
#
-------------------------------------------------------------

Both have a DVD disk inside, one is a normal DVD and the other is a DVD9.

When I try mount either of the two, the PROXMOX sais me the following:

-------------------------------------------------------------
# mount /dev/sr0 /mnt/dvddisk
mount: no medium found on /dev/sr0
# mount /dev/sr1 /mnt/dvddisk
mount: no medium found on /dev/sr1
#
-------------------------------------------------------------

Can anybody tell me what I have doing wrong?

Regards,

Ramses
