Problem backup unable to connect

Hello,
I have a backup problem on my proxmox which is in version 8.2.7
When I launch a backup of a VM randomly, the backup is not done and it freezes the VM that I have to stop then start.

Here are the backup logs:

Are there any other logs that could help me find the problem?

my NFS mount goes through an L2TP VPN to avoid exposing it on the Internet.
I've done some simple ping tests and I've never had a packet lost.
