Hello,
I have a backup problem on my proxmox which is in version 8.2.7
When I launch a backup of a VM randomly, the backup is not done and it freezes the VM that I have to stop then start.
Here are the backup logs:
INFO: starting new backup job: vzdump 103 --compress zstd --notification-mode auto --remove 0 --notes-template '{{guestname}}' --mailto xxxxx@gmail.com,xxxxx@gmail.com --storage nas-asnnet --node pve --mode snapshot
INFO: Starting Backup of VM 103 (qemu)
INFO: Backup started at 2025-01-23 08:15:07
INFO: status = running
INFO: VM Name: mkt-l2tp
INFO: include disk 'scsi0' 'local:103/vm-103-disk-0.qcow2' 1G
INFO: backup mode: snapshot
INFO: ionice priority: 7
INFO: creating vzdump archive '/mnt/pve/nas-xxxxx/dump/vzdump-qemu-103-2025_01_23-08_15_06.vma.zst'
ERROR: got timeout
INFO: aborting backup job
ERROR: VM 103 qmp command 'backup-cancel' failed - unable to connect to VM 103 qmp socket - timeout after 5993 retries
INFO: resuming VM again
Are there any other logs that could help me find the problem?
Thanks
Anthony
