Problem After Importing NIOS (Infoblox) QCOW2 to Proxmox VE

Hello,

I have a problem after importing NIOS (infoblox) QCOW2 to a VM using :

qm importdisk 124 /mnt/pve/cephfs/import/nios-9.0.6-53318-82020f7ffaad-2025-03-26-05-08-05-fixed-500G.qcow2 local-lvm

when i start a VM, its always say "Fatal Error During infoblox startup", Has anyone ever had experience importing NIOS (Infoblox) to Proxmox? Please help me about this.

How did you configure your VM? VirtIO, SCSI, IDE, …? Serial console activated?

I would start over with:

- S-ATA or IDE as disk
- serial0
- activated EFI

Import your qcow2 image and try again. If the error persists, try another vnic (e1000 or realtek).

i configure the VM Disk using SCSI, serial console is not activated,BIOS SeaBios, vnic using virtio.

okay i will try to change the vnic and the disk type

network errors are often due to changed network interface name. You need to check what is available and what infoblock requires.
