Problem after backup and reboot

I have a problem with one of the virtual machines (KVM). Tonight a backup took place, and the server went through RO. I did reboot him and he did not take off. It gives information that there is no bootloader. I wanted to fix him the bootloader from the level of livecd, but this one shows me the complete lack of partitions ... What could have gone wrong and how to restore the system? I did a backup restore that happened at night and has the same effect.

when you write

do you mean the VM or the host PVE system?

If you mean the VM please the VM config.

Do you see any notification in the logs?
