Postfix Answer not Listed domain

Hello guys ,
Please help me understand why postfix does answer not listed domain ans by this wasting computer resource.

Here is a log example from arrived mail for you to see :

Regarding this example , I can say for sure that the domain : tiscali.it does listed any ware on my server.....
The only thing that is true is my IP : 95.217.215.74
So why is wasting my resource ?

Please don't open multiple threads with a similar topic as this just causes duplicate work:

As in the thread above ... - the mail is not accepted by PMG - it is rejected during the SMTP dialogue (because the IP is listed in 6 of your configured DNSBLs)
