possible to view the welcomelists for all users?

I'm still in the process of setup and configuration and I'm wondering if I can view a combined list of welcome/blocks for all users. As my users get used to this new system they may make mistakes and I would like to be able to undo the mistake for them if needed.

OK I see now that I can view user welcomelists under Admin -> User Welcomelists. Since this was always empty I didn't dig deeper into it. Maybe the default could be to show all of them by default paginated and then let you filter by user?
