Port Forwarding 1 IP to Windows VM (NAT)

Hey guys, i try since 2 days to get the port forwarding to work but it doesnt work at all. I only have 1 IP (Kimsufi Host) the command that i try: iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i vmbr0 -p udp --dport 7777 -j DNAT --to 10.0.0.1:7777
Im using proxmox 3.4 but can switch easy to 4.1
