First at all, hello to everyone. This is my first thread.

I have been trying to connect a VM with a Mysql-client and a Vm with Mysql-server through mysql socket at is been shown in http://wiki.openvz.org/Shared_webhosting
.

The thing is that my Mysql server has path /var/lib/vz/root/102/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock. When i tried to link that path (using ln) to my client path /var/lib/vz/root/101/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock it becomes the error invalid cross-device link

Thank you all

Thanks very much. Do you know if it will be implemented in future version? How safe it will be to share mysql socket?

We already tried to include it, but it runs unstable. But I can try to include it again if you send me a patch that runs stable.
