[SOLVED] PMG Web Console loading and back to login

PMG Web Console/GUI, after log in the configuration page just loads, after that it returns to the login page
Please advise

check the logs of the system log in via ssh and look at the outputs of:
* `journalctl -f`
* `tail -f /var/log/pmgproxy/pmgproxy.log`

then try to log in
