We just started using PMG 8.1.2 and have a few auestion about improving the quarantine display for our users:
- The user quarantine page display is usually too big to: users on laptops or tablets can't see all the message action choices in their screen.
Is there a way to make that page smaller? (without them having to use the Zoom button on their browser).
I see there is a much more user friendly mobile page I see on iPhone, but iPad sees the full-screen version: Why??
- On the Selected Mail Action boxes, unfortunately the most used: Whitelist, Blacklist, Deliver and Delete
are WAY off screen on the right side and multiple clicks are required to move them onscreen to select them.
Is there any way to move the Whitelist, Blacklist, Deliver and Delete box placement more to the left, if not all the way to the left so users can access them more easily?
This would make it much more user-friendly.
