PMG to receive emails only for specific emails

Is there a option to allow me to set PMG to accept email only for 3 specific email addresses and reject the rest?

yes - create 2 rules:
* first with higher priority a rule with a who-object matching the 3 specific mails and Action ACCEPT
* second with lower priority and action BLOCK
