I've install a PMG 7.1-3 a few days ago, but since install the service freshclam show status failed and clamav-daemon as dead. I've try to start but I cant, whan can I do to fix this issue?

check the journal since booting (`journalctl -b`) usually freshclam/clamav-daemon should report why they could not start
else on a hunch - clamav nowadays needs 3-4 gb of memory - maybe the machine has too little memory?

Hmm - could you try rebooting the host?
/var/run/clamav not existing sounds quite a bit off
could you maybe check if you have some custom config in /etc/apt/ that might cause this upon upgrade?

Yes, I've reboot many times, but still not working...
looks the problem was caused by an unaviable mirror from clamav to download the main and daily.cvd files, I get both files manually and put into /var/lib/clamav, restart and it works.
The problem now, is the database update must be manually... :/

this is the problem - I think that it is due to the directory /var/run/clamav not existing..
the question is why it does not exist - since this usually works in all other installations
did you change anything regarding apt configuration, or system-service files?
how was the pmg set up?
Was setup using apt on debian 11 and everything on installation be "ok" but I think the problem was because the .cvd files from clamav wasn't download.
