Hi, this hard disk model is only recommended for Proxmox + VM and LX installation in ZFS software RAID 1 mode.

I am not sure of your question? That is a one drive write per day drive, with power loss protection. It should be fine for anything you want to use it for in Proxmox. I have older versions of that drive in a striped mirror array in my TrueNAS machine, and they work great.

Sorry for the confusing explanation.
I would like to buy 2 of these to create a RAID 1 ZFS (software, not hardware) to install Proxmox + some VMs on.
I was wondering if this Samsung is a good product for my use.
 
Proxmox + Windows Server 2019 + OMV + Server NUT + Wireguard
For the data part I will use 2 x PM897 960GB

Yes, those would be great in my opinion. Not the fastest drives in the world, but will work fine. If you are buying them on the used market be careful to not over pay and to be sure the drives have some life left in them. I have a mix of Samsung and Intel enterprise drives in my main Proxmox node, and have been very happy. I bought them all used on ebay.
