how can i access to the information of the virtual machines i mean the real data no matter the operative system that it have, access to the hard drive of the one of the virtual machines to get an information because it don't let me in the other way, don't for console or remote desktop please help me is very important information

If I can read that, correctly, you want to access the hard drive file of a Vm to get the files off it. It's actually pretty simple. You just mount the file like you would anything else. Further instructions are here:
