Hello meocon12

i ordered a dedicated !
but i can't config ip in proxmox
i have 16 ip in dedicated

Network IP : 192.99.108.112

What I understand:

- you have proxmox installed at a dedicated server

- the server has just one physical NIC (eth0)

- it´s connected to network 192.99.108.112/28

- now you want to use these addresses in your proxmox environment

IP for router n°1 : 192.99.108.124
IP for router n°1 : 192.99.108.125

What I don´t understand

- Where is "router n°1"?

- Why two times "router n°1"?

- Do you want assign the addresses to VMs?

- How many and which one for the host?

Advices could be given easily if the above points are clarified.

Gateway IP : 192.99.108.126 (not usable)

Probably the (NAT) router where the host is connected to!?

Broadcast IP: : 192.99.108.127
Then use the sub-netmask 255.255.255.240.

Of course!

Recommendation: post more details!

Kind regards

Mr.Holmes

I think you're given a hosted subnet with failover routers (at .124 and .125) and you have a VIP for the gateway at .126. I think the following sould work for your vmbr0 in /etc/network/interfaces for example:

address 192.99.108.123
netmask 255.255.255.240
gateway 192.99.108.126

Leave the bridge parameters as they are, but take care that the bridge interface listed as ethX is the one you have connected to your hosring provider.
