Please allow changing default value of "overrule active shutdown task" to always checked

Hi,

There used to be a lot of problem with people trying to force shutdown VMs while they had another active task blocking it.

This dialog was added




I would like to make it so that "overrule active shutdown task" is always checked by default.

Is there a way to make this change ?

And I suggest adding this default value in the webui interface as well

I think this next dialog would be the good place for it




It would great to also be able to set this default value from a setup script.

Also with setting noVNC Settings-> Scaling mode to "Local Scaling" as a default as well !
