Pi support

Hi all,

I know there was a lot of talk about running Proxmox on a Pi a year or so ago, but it seems to have gone pretty quiet.
There was talk about Proxmox supporting Pi's officially but still nothing after all this time.

I would love to know what the current status of Arm based Proxmox?

Also if I did want to run some Containers on my Pi with Proxmox, is the best method still to install RaspberryOS Lite and then install Proxmox ontop of this?
I just want to mess with HA and containers on a low powered solution for a website and some other services that I want to be in HA.

For the rest I have a proper server running Docker properly, but this is for me to learn and to test HA with some services that dont require much resources.

Hi,

No it is not official supported, but there are projects out there which aims to run the proxmox PVE on arm (https://github.com/jiangcuo/Proxmox-Port) but don’t ask for support here.

You could also use Incus as managment UI for your containers on a pi. Or just plain lxc without any GUI.
