phpBB v3.1.0dev OpenVZ Template now available

The latest phpBB v3.1.0 dev is available as a pre-installed commercially supported OpenVZ Template with Planettel.

The VM's first boot log would show something similar to:

TARred off "/var/www/phpbb/install/" and stored as "/var/backups/phpbb310dev-install.tar.gz"

The original phpBB v3.0.11 from TurnkeyLinux needs to go thru the web install sequence and it has Symphony dependencies of v2.1.3.
