Phantom CEPH Pool

New to PM and we are migrating from VMware. I tried to delete a pool from the gui and it just hung, so I did it from cli and it worked fine, except it is still showing in the gui, just greyed out with question marks.
 
When the ceph pool is deleted, the storage entry still exists. Under Datacenter -> Storage the entry needs to be removed or deactivated.
