Hi All- I have a 3 node cluster (differing hardware) and I am trying to setup HA on my pfsense vm. Network consists of 1 wan, 1 lan physical interface. Lan network is flat untagged traffick.
I'm using Linux bridges linked to my physical nics as a way to have a common interface for the vm on each of my nodes.
When I migrate pfsense works except for dhcp servers. It seems the offer traffick is not reaching the clients ( I can see request and offer traffick appearing in the pfsense logs but nothing on the client).
When I migrate the vm back to original host dhcp starts working instantly.

I have tried refreshing arp, removed managed switch on the lan network and replaced with unmanaged. Just wondering if anyone has run into this issue before or has any advice
Any help would be much appreciated

i have an issue like you also:

pfsense on node pve0 with four networks (LAN, INT, GST, WAN).
+ LAN = enp90s0 --> vmbr0 (vnet0 in pfSense)
+ INT = enp87s0 --> vmbr1 (vnet1 in pfSense)
+ GST = enxc8a362d06297--> vmbr2 (vnet2 in pfSense) (external USB Network adapter)
+ WAN = enxc8a362d067fe--> vmbr3 (vnet3 in pfSense) (external USB Network adapter)

For LAN, INT and GST i activate the DHCP server within pfsense. DHCP in principle is working. I can get IP addresses within VMs on the pve0 on all three interfaces. Externally (via the phyiscal interfaces) I get IP addresses for INT and GST but not for LAN.

Firewall is off

When I migrate the VM to the second node pve1, it's working for LAN. If I activate pfSense on pve0 it's not working.

Do you have any idea where I can search to find the problem?
