Hello,

i'm trying to start a pfsense VM, following the pfsense guide to do so ( https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/recipes/virtualize-proxmox-ve.html ), and at first start, i get this in the logs :

Code:
May 28 14:47:39 castor pvedaemon[1826]: <root@pam> starting task UPID:castor:00002732:0003E5C4:62926E4B:qmstart:100:root@pam:
May 28 14:47:39 castor pvedaemon[10034]: start VM 100: UPID:castor:00002732:0003E5C4:62926E4B:qmstart:100:root@pam:
May 28 14:47:39 castor systemd[1]: Started 100.scope.
May 28 14:47:39 castor systemd-udevd[10050]: Using default interface naming scheme 'v247'.
May 28 14:47:39 castor systemd-udevd[10050]: ethtool: autonegotiation is unset or enabled, the speed and duplex are not writable.
May 28 14:47:39 castor systemd[1]: 100.scope: Succeeded.
May 28 14:47:39 castor pvedaemon[10034]: start failed: QEMU exited with code 1
May 28 14:47:39 castor pvedaemon[1826]: <root@pam> end task UPID:castor:00002732:0003E5C4:62926E4B:qmstart:100:root@pam: start failed: QEMU exited with code 1

i did a few searches, but being very new to proxmox, i didn't find anything relevant.

Other VM (ubuntu-lts) run fine. proxmox itself is a fresh install

EDIT : i had to reboot after creating my new vmbrs... sorry for the noise

Instead of reboot the server, you can do ifreload -a command ;)
FYI: I set your thread as [SOLVED] to help other people who have the same issue.
