permissions for datastore backupserver

I get this error when trying to add proxmoxbackupserver to proxmox ve

then I goto PBS and try to add permissions to datastore drive, fill in details as admin, click add and nothing is added



I am very new to proxmox, please be kind, I have been using proxmox for a while, but want a good backup solution

I am using proxmox ve 7.0-11 and PBS 2.0.9

you have to put the datastore name, not the path (iow. 'backups' not '/backups' )
