PCI passthrough question --> now USB passthrough

Hello all, i have Problems to get PCI passthrough working. I've read many threads about this question but i could not find a solution. The PCI card is DVB-S2 Dual Tuner card Tevii S480:
HTML:
lspci: 03:00.0 USB controller: NetMos Technology MCS9990 PCIe to 4âPort USB 2.0 Host Controller 03:00.1 USB controller: NetMos Technology MCS9990 PCIe to 4âPort USB 2.0 Host Controller 03:00.2 USB controller: NetMos Technology MCS9990 PCIe to 4âPort USB 2.0 Host Controller 03:00.3 USB controller: NetMos Technology MCS9990 PCIe to 4âPort USB 2.0 Host Controller 03:00.4 USB controller: NetMos Technology MCS9990 PCIe to 4âPort USB 2.0 Host Controller 03:00.5 USB controller: NetMos Technology MCS9990 PCIe to 4âPort USB 2.0 Host Controller 03:00.6 USB controller: NetMos Technology MCS9990 PCIe to 4âPort USB 2.0 Host Controller 03:00.7 USB controller: NetMos Technology MCS9990 PCIe to 4âPort USB 2.0 Host Controller
On the Master Server i have added the following command in the 100.conf file: hostpci0: 03:00.0 But when i try start the vm i get the error "can't reset pci devie '03:00.0' " and the vm didn't start. IOMMU Extensions on the vm are enabled: dmesg | grep -e DMAR -e IOMMU [ 0.000000] Intel-IOMMU: enabled Hardware supports the needed extensions e.g. Vt-d. Any ideas?

So 03:00.0 is an USB controller (not a DVB-S2 Dual Tuner card)!

Hi dietmar,

that's nearly correct. The Tevii card integrates two USB DVB-s2 receiver on a USB to PCI-e bridge card.
